Pablo Mendoza
Treasurer
Pablo Mendoza has served as the Treasurer of Brotherhood for the Fallen – Fort Worth since 2016. He is one of the original members that founded the Fort Worth chapter. His duties as treasurer include; providing Fort Worth Officers that attend funeral services with a monetary donation to be given to the families of the deceased officer, reimbursing officers for any travel related expenses incurred, mailing donations to the families when officers are unable to attend the funeral, filing yearly taxes with the IRS, managing the bank account and finances of the chapter, tracking costs associated with deployments and fundraisers, and generating a yearly budget and annual report.
Hiring on with the Fort Worth Police Department in April of 1999, Pablo has served the citizens of Fort Worth for twenty-three years. During his tenure as an officer he worked Patrol, Downtown Bike Patrol, and Gang Enforcement. In 2008 he promoted to Corporal/Detective and was assigned to North Criminal Investigation Unit. He was eventually chosen as the corporal for the Intelligence Section Criminal Tracking Unit. In 2013 Pablo promoted to the rank of Sergeant. As a sergeant he has worked in patrol division and was a Neighborhood Patrol Officer supervisor in North Division. He was selected for his current assignment as a Traffic Division Motor Unit supervisor in 2015.
Pablo has held a Master Peace Officer Certificate since 2011. He has over 6,500 hours of training from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. Pablo is a certified TCOLE instructor as well as a Defensive Tactics Instructor, Taser Instructor, and is a Train the Trainer for the Texas Law Enforcement Motor Standard. He received his Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree from Texas A&M – Commerce in 2022.
